Basil Sorbet


12 oz Sugar
2 oz Glucose Syrup
2 lb. Water
2 oz Fresh Basil


Step 1

Bring sugar, glucose and water to a boil. Remove from heat.

Add basil and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and chill.

Spin in ice cream machine until proper consistency is achieved. Remove from ice cream machine and store in air tight container in freezer for up to two weeks.
